It is crucial to count our blessings each and every day. It can be a great practice to keep a “gratitude journal” and list 5 things you appreciate each day. Remember- what you bestow your attention to tends to grow, so by focusing on what makes you feel rich, you begin to attract a life of abundance. “Celebrate what you want to see more of,” says Tom Peters.
