As important as it is to lend a helping hand, you must support yourself in the same way. Learn to speak your mind and value your own opinion, which can sometimes get lost in the mix. Also, take time alone to rejuvenate. Some good self-care practices are taking time out to go to the gym, take a yoga class, eat a meal by yourself, or take a relaxing bubble bath.
