How will Life Coaching make me feel better?

You already have the skills and resources within you to create the life you want. These skills and resources can be transferred to any area of your life. For example, if you are good at making friends with people of the same sex, yet you have difficulty creating love relationships, we will help you transfer and enhance your friendship skills to improve your love life. With life coaching, you will further develop and enhance your strengths and use them in all other realms of your life.

What exactly is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is an action oriented approach that focuses more on the present and future rather than the past. We will create specific goals and a plan to achieve them, with accountability measures of your choice, to help keep you focused and intentional when improving your life.  We will address and create strategies to overcome any roadblocks that arise while working towards a specific goal.

How will I experience Life Coaching in my Life Therapy Sessions?

In session, we will create specific goals you would like to achieve and then a detailed, step by step path to reach them. Each week we will explore your progress and obstacles, and adjust the plan accordingly. We will also help you transfer your strengths from one area of your life into the area that you are working towards improving; so that you feel clarity, intention and empowerment while achieving your goals.
