Today, I’d like to wish the happiest of birthdays to my friend, actor Nate Parker, who is turning 35 on this beautiful day. You probably know Nate for his roles in The Great Debaters (2007) alongside Denzel Washington and Forest Whitaker, Red Tails (2012) alongside Terrence Howard and Cuba Gooding Jr., and Non-Stop (2014) alongside Liam Neeson and Julianne Moore. His latest film, Beyond the Lights was released just a few days ago, and I highly recommend seeing it!
