9 Tips to Feel Calm and Grounded: How to Create a Balance
As a Libra, my sign is the scale, which signifies balance. I’m not sure how much my “signage” plays into my desire to live a balanced life, but I do know that the more balanced I feel, the more free I feel.

Ready for Change?
It’s amazing how easy it is to blame all of the external circumstances for our own internal struggle. Somehow the work and effort required to make internal changes is daunting enough that people would rather continue in their internal discomfort, than actually put forth the effort to make changes within.
