Thanksgiving Love….

Thanksgiving time can evoke a lot of emotions….some people may be filled with gratitude and love and others may feel frustrated and lonely. Regardless of your experience, I just wanted to take a few moments to simply be thankful and to experience what it is like to fill ourselves with that feeling. There is always something to be grateful for, no matter how hard it is to find it….
Here are few things that I find easy to overlook, and that I believe are worth some gratitude….
Life itself. The ability to breathe. An able body. Family. Friends. Love. Freedom. Abundance. Learning. Hard times. Happy times. History. Animals. Nature. Support. Myself. You.

The Waves Of Life: Are You Surfing or Drowning?

Many of us get caught up in the waves of life, trying so hard to control them and make them stop while almost drowning in the process. Although it takes some effort to relax, step up on shore, and accept the fact that we’ll never control the ocean, it actually gives us the opportunity to take some surfing lessons.  (Which makes life much more enjoyable in the long run!)
