I tell my clients all the time, if they only learn one thing from me I want it to be for them to┬áconsistently┬ácheck in and ask themselves, “Where is my breath right now?”
If your breath is short and shallow, you aren’t fully connecting to yourself, your love and truth…
So take a moment and take a deep, kind, loving breath….breathe deep into your belly….enjoy the release…then repeat….In my opinion this is the best new habit you can create in your life.
