Here’s the second tip about how to prepare for the weight gain of pregnancy. This is a really, really important one!

Be kind to yourself. This is a beautiful, incredible thing that your body is doing. It is the most magical thing that happens on the planet. Your body is making another human being. Stop judging it, stop criticizing it, stop hating it.
Your body is a beautiful vessel that not only you and your soul are inhabiting, but another human being is inhabiting as well. You have to take care of it, love it, and trust that it knows exactly what to do. Be kind and stop being so mean to yourself.
