Thoughts and feelings are constantly coming through us…but what do we do with them?
Sometimes people find it helpful to learn and integrate the skills of relaxation and/or meditation when working towards alleviating their difficulties and creating possibilities for their future. These techniques often focus on how to work with arising thoughts and feelings within one’s mind and body. When we learn how to observe arising thoughts and feelings, we can cultivate ways to soothe and release them, so that we can be more present; and feel relaxed and peaceful within. I teach my clients meditation and relaxation techniques tailored to fit their needs, so that they can utilize and develop these practices in their daily lives.
