One thing I’ve noticed in my work, is that we all inherently have negative self talk, and most of us don’t even realize we are doing it. If you think about how a child feels if they are constantly criticized, and realize that the voices in your head may treat you the same way, you may start to get a sense of why you may sometimes feel like dooty. This book is written in little kid print and is a super easy read to help clarify what is often going on inside us, when we aren’t paying attention. I highly recommend it, even if you think you are never self critical!
