A New Earth clarifies how much time we spend stuck in our thoughts rather than actually living. Because thoughts fill our minds constantly, our human tendency is to spend more time in our heads than in reality.
This book helps us understand all the different ways in which we get caught up in our thoughts and teaches how to free ourselves from those thoughts to live fully. I was surprised how well “funny man” Jim Carrey summarized it.
